He has worked with leading organizations such as Bharat Petroleum, Reliance Industries Ltd., and the Aditya Birla Group. Currently, he is a Senior Partner at Vision Law Firm, Mumbai.

He worked as Chief Quality & Sustainability Officer for Aditya Birla Retail Limited Heading Quality, Technical Services, R&D & Sustainability functions. He was instrumental in converting the organization as a Benchmark Organization in Quality & Food Safety in India. He was also a Global Resource for Aditya Birla Group in their Manufacturing & Business Excellence Programs Globally.
Gopal worked as Technical Head for Diageo and was in Asia Pacific Technical Leadership Team.
He also worked as Plant Manager, Technical Services Manager and Quality Assurance Manager at Colgate Palmolive and is credited with various achievements. He was also a Global Quality Auditor at Colgate Palmolive.
During his early tenure at Pepsi, he had the opportunity to upgrade a plant to Global Standards, earning it recognition as Pepsi’s top-ranking “Best System Driven Plant and rated No.1 Globally.
